Unconscious Bias

Conference Room 48019

Unconscious bias is the habitual way of thinking that affects our understanding, actions, and decisions.  This session is designed to deepen the participant’s understanding of unconscious bias and develop practical strategies for recognizing and responding to bias in the workplace.  By recognizing unconscious bias and its unintentional impacts, we are better positioned to anticipate, prevent, and minimize its effects and create a more inclusive and respectful workplace.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
