Revocation of Department Administrative Order (DAO) 208-5, "Contracting (Procurement) Review and Approval Requirements," dated October 9, 1984; Amendment 1 dated
February 1, 1985; Amendment 2 dated November 10, 1986; and Amendment 3 dated
March 24, 1988.

STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE

The policy and requirements contained in Department Administrative Order 208-5, "Contracting (Procurement) Review and Approval Requirements," are already documented in other departmental policies such as Commerce Acquisition Regulations, Commerce Acquisition Manual and Procurement Memoranda. Therefore, this DAO is no longer needed.
