STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE

As part of a reorganization of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration, the Office of Management and Organization has been abolished and its responsibilities have been reassigned. DOO 20-7 is, therefore, no longer relevant and is hereby revoked.
