Hello Everyone,

Please join us for our next Phase 2 Table Talk Series event!  This Table Talk is the 2nd opportunity to explore an overview of Accounting Code Structure (ACS) and Project, Organization Code, Expenditure Type, and Task (POET). You should have also received an invite to the 1st session on Thursday, March 21st. These sessions will be identical.  If you are unable to attend either session, a recording will be available following the events. During both sessions, the BAS team will be covering the following:

    • EBS ACS Elements Defined
  • ACS Crosswalks: Status and Purpose
  • ACS:  How ACS Governs EBS Systematic Funds Control
  • Project, Organization, Expenditure Type, Task (POET)
    • POET Defined
    • How POET derives the full BAS ACS
    • Related Reporting concepts
