Lauren Didiuk is Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel to the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce. In her role, Lauren oversees and coordinates legal and strategic advice across the Office of the General Counsel to advise Department and bureau leadership on complex issues of central importance to the Department’s priorities. Lauren has also served as the Acting Assistant General Counsel for Transactions and Technology and as Chief of the Contract Law Division. In those roles, she advised senior leadership on a variety of transactional matters, including contracts critical to the implementation of the Department’s mission. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and The George Washington University Law School.
