Revocation of Department Administrative Order (DAO) 202-711, "Labor-Management Relations," dated September 25, 1979.

STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE

In July 15, 2013, the "Department of Commerce Labor-Management Relations Handbook" was published. The Handbook incorporates policy, guidance, and instructions to supervisors, servicing human resources offices, principal human resources managers, and labor-management staffs concerning the Department's labor-management relations program formerly contained in DAO 202-711. This DAO is, therefore, no longer needed.
