STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE

As part of a reorganization of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration, the Office of Executive Budgeting and Assistance Management is being abolished and its responsibilities are being reassigned. DOO 20-28 is, therefore, no longer relevant and is
hereby revoked.
