Individuals holding positions that require access to NSI as determined by completion of the Position Designation Tool may be granted access to such information upon favorable adjudication of an appropriate background investigation or reciprocity, and after receiving an initial NSI Briefing from personnel from the Information Security Program and signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement or SF 312.
