• ECOMP Claimant User Guides  – The Injured Worker must create an ECOMP account to file a claim and can access case information after verifying their identity. An Injured Worker may upload documents without creating an ECOMP account.
• ECOMP Supervisor User Guides  – A supervisor does not need to create an ECOMP account to review an injured workers' compensation claim. A supervisor will receive an email with a link to access the claim form.
   
• OWCP Forms 
• Designating a Representative  – injured employees who are fully registered in ECOMP and have access to case information in ECOMP, may designate a representative in ECOMP or submit a written/signed notice of authorization.  Representatives which are designated in ECOMP will have access to case information, including case documents. Injured employees are not required to have a representative.  Injured employees who elect to designate a representative are solely responsible for paying the representative’s fee and other applicable charges.
