Client Services Division

Client Services Division (CSD) – Focuses on customer service and oversees two branches:

  • Multimedia Branch (MMB) – Provides printing, binding, and related services, serves as the HCHB liaison with the Joint Committee on Printing and the Government Printing Office, and provides oversight for the establishment and use of seals, emblems, and logos. This includes business cards. In addition, the branch coordinates reservations for the auditorium and lobby as well as event audio support. ​
  • Facilities Services Branch (FSB) – Provides janitorial services, landscaping, trash removal, and pest control. Oversees food services, parking, and the transit program. In addition, FSB provides HCHB mail services, and oversees the DOC nation-wide mail management program.
