If you are missing the keys to your systems furniture workstations please complete the HCHB Furniture Key Request form and submit it to [email protected]. Please note that the form requires your supervisor’s signature for accountability purposes.

The Space Management Division can assist with keys for the Herbert C. Hoover Building standard furniture, which includes Steelcase and Herman Miller. Non-standard furniture keys require a special order and are sometimes no longer available.

The Office of Security provides assistance with office key requests and key card readers.
