Office of Sustainable Energy & Environmental Programs

The Office of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Programs (OSEEP) implements sustainability and resilience across the Department so that the Department and its Operating Units meet statutory requirements in a manner that increases efficiency, optimizes performance, eliminates unnecessary use of resources, and protects the environment.​

OSEEP provides Department facilities and operations with guidance, procedures, and training aligned with Federal statutes, Executive Orders, and other applicable regulations for sustainability, resilience, energy, water, and waste reduction, sustainable buildings, and environmental compliance.
